Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Gridglide desktop app and the gridglide.app website. By downloading the app or buying a license, you agree to them.

Free version

The free version includes every feature for files up to 100 MB and may be used for any purpose, including at work.

Licenses

• Personal licenses are for individuals paying for themselves, including for their own work.
• Business licenses are purchased by a company (company name on the invoice) for commercial use.
• Each license may be activated on up to 3 devices used by the license owner. You can deactivate a device to free a slot.
• A license is a one-time purchase. You may use the versions released during your update period forever. Renewing extends updates for another year.
• Licenses may not be shared, resold or published. We may revoke keys that are abused or refunded.

The software

Gridglide is a read-only viewer: it never writes to the files you open. It is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
